Locked ,Blocked and Free meaning

Every day, we encounter blocks and obstacles to our growth, yet we continue to exist, survive, and, in some cases, prosper. We are born with innate gifts from the creator, but as we move further from the logic of creation, we learn limitations and doubt. In our struggle for survival in the physical world, we often overlook the profound power of the metaphysical and spiritual realms. Imagination and belief can harness extraordinary strength.

This journey is rarely straightforward; many face detours that can lead to mental health challenges or entanglements with the legal system. Some develop what can be termed a "prison mind," where familiar thought patterns, though limiting, feel more comfortable and less stressful. It’s crucial to recognize that one can be physically free yet feel trapped in despair, while others may find transcendence even in confinement.

The question arises: why are so many young people feeling lonely, depressed and in despair. Why are s\o many people dealing with cycles of incarceration or mental health crises? Addressing this requires patience, discipline, and vision to heal from trauma.

  • Mental Health Counselors

I started a mental health group to seek support for my own issues and those of my family. I discovered that mental health professionals share common struggles but possess training that helps them understand behavioral science. A crucial question arises: not just why we behave a certain way, but why we continue certain behaviors despite knowing right from wrong.

Locked , Blocked and Free shares a vast network of Mental Health counselors. Other services provided a group home network

Recovery and Spiritual Philosophy

My spiritual philosophy, developed over the years, emphasizes the importance of treating others as we wish to be treated—a lesson passed down from my father. I’ve documented this philosophy in various forms, seeking to inspire and guide those in need.

While not everyone is endowed with the same gifts, we each have the potential to rise above our circumstances and contribute meaningfully to society.
